Through comprehensive educational training, workshops, hackathons, bootcamps, experiential learning, mentorship, and leadership, TLTP bridges the gap between current capabilities and future possibilities.

Bio
Eva Tsitsi Chigodo, Programme Director and Founder of the Launchpad Transition Program, is driven by a passion to harness technology for positive societal impact. With a Master of Science in Information Systems Management, Eva has established herself as a leader in innovation and education technology. She has been instrumental in supporting national innovation drives, contributing to innovation at a national level, and has received recognition and awards for outstanding work. Eva’s commitment to community service is evident in her voluntary efforts to spread awareness on digital citizenship in schools and her digital and AI literacy workshops for teachers. As a seasoned academic and professional, Eva has held various roles, including Programme Coordinator, Lecturer, and Mentor at Arrupe Jesuit University, where she has received multiple Best Lecturer Awards in the School of Engineering and ICT. She is also a certified Microsoft and ITCILO Digital Skills Trainer, further enhancing her expertise in digital education. Eva has designed and led innovation challenges and hackathons, and has served as a Chief Judge and invited adjudicator for various events. Eva is also a Founding Trustee of the Zimbabwe Conference of ICT, where she has held the positions of Publicity Chair and Treasurer. She is also a full member of the Organisation for Women in Science and Development (OWSD) and Women in Academia (WIA). Through the Launchpad Transition Programme, Eva continues to empower individuals and businesses to thrive in a rapidly changing world, leveraging technology to drive positive impact and sustainable growth.

Ms. Anita Cuchamano is the Director of Digital Transformation and Development, and an exceptional leader with extensive experience in strategic and agile operations. She’s a true pioneer in Blockchain Technology, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Emerging Technologies Ecosystem Development across Africa. Anita’s deep dedication to women’s empowerment and community development is evident in her work. She contributed immensely to creating alliances to drive blockchain adoption in Africa via facilitating training for women and youths on Blockchain. Top government executives in countries such as Tanzania, Zambia, South Africa, Ghana, Uganda, DRC, Kenya have benefited from her role as Global Head of Operations in the non-profit organisation United Africa Blockchain Association.
